LIBA's First Annual Chili Cook-Off
Enter as a Professional or an Amateur
- Voting will be People's Choice
- Attendees will receive 3 tickets (3 votes) additional votes will be available for $1.
- Cooks must bring at least 2 large crockpots full; serving cups will be provide
